Updated- 01/01/2024: If you are not feeling well, and have been sick in the last 48 Hours prior to your scheduled appointment. I will require that you contact me to reschedule your appointment. If you have been diagnosed with Covid, I will wait to book out your appointment by CDC Guidelines for five days until you have taken a Negative Test. This will ensure the safety of myself from getting Covid. As of Now, I do not require mask to be worn or a Temperature Check. If you are someone who feels uncomfortable not wearing a mask, I can accommodate wearing a mask during your scheduled service! Thank you!

All services booked with me at Shears & Spellcrafts Co. require a credit card number on file for every new/current guest to secure a slot, and to reserve the appointment. In order to best accommodate my guests, I request a 24 hours cancellation notice. The credit card that is on file, will not be charged if client needs to reschedule their appointment before the 48 hours of being booked.
I understand that certain events comes up unexpected in our lives, but communication is key.
Please Contact me in the 48 hours of scheduled service to reschedule your appointment. This will give me ample of time to offer another guest an opportunity to book their appointment with me. Any Missed appointments that have been booked or Failure to Notify me in 24 hours of scheduled service time, YOU will be charged 50% of your Service NON-REFUNDABLE!! Thank you for your understanding.
As of right now, I do not offer Children Hair Service. I have places in mind that I can recommend that can accommodate for your child. I am sorry for the inconvenience.
